My career in Property Management began in 2005, working for a local investor in  Edmonton, managing over 100 single family homes  over  five years . With that experience and my first taste of working with properties as investments, I became a licensed Realtor with RECA in Alberta, joining Remax Elite in 2010 as a licensed Realtor.  In 2012 I moved over to Realty Canada Inc., accepting a  full time position as a Property Manager, plus offering  Real Estate services to our clients . Growing up in Edmonton and spending the majority of my adult life here raising a family, I am familiar with the city and all of its wonderful communities, valuable insight  for any out of town investor looking to buy.

In 2015, I joined Ayre and Oxford Inc., overseeing a large, multi family portfolio for  owners located in Alberta , BC and Ontario., adding to my experience, I was promoted to Senior Property Manager  in 2016,  achieved my REIC ARM designation course in 2017,  joined the Senior Executive team  in 2018, AND  completed  the RECA Broker education requirments  in 2019.   It was a busy few years.  

In September  2019, I left my Senior executive position at Ayre and Oxford Inc., became the sole Owner/Broker of McCrae Property Management Ltd., established in 1989 . In January of 2020, McCrae Property Management Ltd. joined the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Edmonton Real Estate Board (RAE)in 2021.  We are a fully licensed Real Estate brokerage in Alberta with access to the MLS, offering full single family Property Management and Real Estate services.  We thank all of our clients, past and present, and attribute our growing success to the positive relationships we have established.

Amber joined McCrae Property Managment Ltd in March 2021. She graduated from MacEwan University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting . She is responsible for all accounts payable and receiveable, owners draws, rent processing,  as well as preparing monthly financial statements for all of our clients . Amber is a fast and efficient and has a keen ey for details. She is proficient in accounting, bank reconcilliations, invoicing, E.F.T payments, and Yardi Breeze.  Amber is an important part of our Property Managment team. On her days off, Amber enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and walking the trails with her family. 

Amanda began her career in Property Management in 2014,  working as an office assistant for a Property Management Brokerage. She became familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act, leasing terms, rental rates, rental market evaluations, multi tasking and enjoyed working in a fast paced environment.  For six years Amanda was  a resident  manager for a small walk up building dowtown. Combined with her office experience, Amanda gained valuable onsite training learning to  screen rental applicants, perform move in and move out inspections,  lease renewals, and arrange for emergency repairs.  She spent the next six years as a resident manager while  working full time in the Health and Wellness sector . Amanda  decided to make a change and become a licensed Property Manager in 2021, she  completed the required education in 2022 and looks forward to her new career as a Property Manager/Associate at McCrae Property Management Ltd.
